Caralluma Fimbriata is the only active ingredient in Schwartz Bioresearch Caralluma Fimbriata and is delivered at 500 mg per capsule, like the large majority of its competitors. According to the manufacturer, Caralluma Fimbriata works to suppress appetite by disrupting the signal between the hypothalamus, the part of the brain that signals when you’re full, and other areas of the brain. When you feel full more of the time, you should end up eating less and start burning fat for calories.
The capsule itself is made of vegetable cellulose.
Dosage
The manufacturer recommended dosage is two capsules, one each 20 – 30 minutes before having a meal, with water.
Possible Side Effects
Occasionally Caralluma Fimbriata may cause some stomach discomfort or gas but these effects, even if present at first, generally subside after about a week of use. Otherwise, when following the recommended dosage this product should be safe to take for several months. Beyond that time frame, the possible side effects are not known.

We were only able to find a passing reference to a money back guarantee on the manufacturer’s website. We were unable to find any details regarding time frame, whether they accept back open product and whether there is a return or restocking fee.

At the end of the day (and our research) we didn’t find anything that made Schwartz Bioresearch’s Caralluma Fimbriata stand out from the crowded category. Its formula is like many of its competitors and its pricing, while reasonable, is certainly not the lowest we’ve seen for similar products. We do like the fact that, unlike much of the competition, this product is said to be third-party tested to ensure purity and potency so perhaps that’s a slight leg up. However, that advantage may be negated by the lack of detail regarding the company’s return/refund policy. Can you test the product’s effectiveness and still return it for a refund if you’re not satisfied or do they only accept back unopened bottles? We don’t know.
