D-Mannose is a naturally occurring sugar that sticks to E.coli bacteria so it can be easily excreted through the urine. Vitamin C is believed to work similarly to Cranberry in making the urine acidic and hard for bacteria to multiply and manifest into an infection.
Dosage
Zahler recommends taking 2 capsules twice daily with meals and preferably with a glass of water.
