Certified Organic Glycerin (Vegetable) Â keeps moisture in the skin. Stearic Acid (Vegetable) is a lubricant. Emulsifying Wax NF Made From Organic Coconut Oil and Organic Almond Oil prevents water and oil from separating in cream. Star Anise Seed Oil repairs damaged skin.
The formula should contain Wheat Extract, a medical grade silicone which provides a protective layer to seal in moisture, as well as Beta-Glucan, (a highly active yeast) used to revitalize the skin and enhance the natural repair processes in the damaged skin. It should contain vitamin E and C, which contains rich antioxidant algae for conditioning and protecting the skin from free radicals that cause premature aging. As well as Shea Butter oil (moisturizes dry skin, treats acne and blemishes, reduces skin inflammation, acts as an anti-aging agent, provides relief to itchy and peeling skin, and restores elasticity to the skin)
