Tocopheryl Acetate (gluten free) is rich in vitamin E. Phenoxyethanol moisturizes the skin. Cyclomethicone forms a protective barrier on the skin. Glyceryl Stearate is an emulsifier. Hydroxyethylcellulose is a thickener. Ethylhexylglycerin is a  preservative enhancer.
The formula should also contain Wheat Extract, a medical grade silicone which provides a protective layer to seal in moisture, as well as Beta-Glucan, (a highly active yeast) used to revitalize the skin and enhance the natural repair processes in the damaged skin.
